First time coming and my first impression after my dog’s grooming? I loved loved loved it! The process from start to finish was smooth and easy!

Sampson looks awesome after his first grooming. He’s a 4 month old golden doodle with thicker hair and they did an awesome job! I will definitely take him back for a mini grooming appointment soon.

Kathy did an amazing job on my rescue dog Monty. I am so pleased with his haircut and how friendly everyone was in the store. I’m glad I found a groomer I can trust.

I am very late posting this as I have been busy trying to get settled in to my new home in Suwanee. However, I HAD to l write a review because the experience I had was one to remember. So..as I said above I just moved to the area..literally 6days before this appt. My 15yr old Shih-Tzu needed a bath and haircut badly because I planned a surprise birthday party for my mom with all her children and grandchildren during the first week I moved to GA. My lil' guy hadn't been to the groomer in a while bc of our transition from SC. I called 5 groomers none of them had appts for the next 3 weeks. I prayed and called Woof Gang 8/25 as my last resort, asked if they had any availability during the week and was told YES, we actually have availability tomorrow 8/26 @ 9:30am. I expressed such gratitude to the representative Anne. The entire process was smooth..I got a text, filled out new customer form, shared my dog's health/vaccination records etc. Not to mention reminder txt are awesome too! I was told the name of the groomer, a young lady named Jade. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Anne (Very courteous, kind, and professional). A few mins later I meet Jade. She asked what I wanted, I showed her an image and she said she'd take care of him. I was transparent abt Jiggs' health issues heart murmur, poor vision, and renal disease so Jade was not surprised bc had a cough (related to heart cond.) I recv'd txt stating Jiggs would be ready in 30 mins. sooo convenient allowing adequate time for pick up. I picked him up and Jiggs looked/smelled AMAZING. He looked like a lil' puppy (show dog). She (Jade) cut him perfectly. No complaints at all. She informed me she ws concerned abt grooming given his health so she recommended grooming at Vet as a precaution per se he needs medical attention; they are equipped. (sharing this only further validated Jiggs was on GREAT hands. I told her Suwanee Animal Hospital no longer has service 🙁 bc I had taken Jiggs there day before due to his cough. I told the ladies how much I truly appreciated them getting Jiggs in for grooming so quickly, doing an amazing job with cut, providing such great customer service, handling him with such tender care given his health. He was so calm when I got him...great sign. I told Jade although I appreciate the advice I want Jiggs to keep coming to her bc routine/familiarity is important at this stage of his life. JJiga made his debut at the party and my family who hadn't seen him in yrs due to COVID were ecstatic to see him. He got js as much attention as the birthday girl =My Mom..He pranced around confidently as if he knew he was soo handsome and smelled so good. My family couldn't stop complimenting his grooming. Phenomenal job by Jade. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This was theee BEST grooming experience. One I will NEVER forget. Thank you Woof Gang!!! Jade, we look forward to our next visit w/ you and many more.!! Jiggs still looks good.🙂If you love your fur baby and want them in great hands see Jade and speak to Anne at Woof Gang...you won't regret it!!
