My pups and I had a wonderful experience at Woof Gang Bakery&Grooming. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, nonjudgemental, and kind. The facility is clean, colorful, and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed the personalized greeting welcoming my beloved pooches to Woof Gang as we approached the front door. That was such an unexpected, thoughtful gesture that made me smile. The Services I received were: Full Grooming, Dematting, and Spa Day Package. As soon as I walked in each groomer expressed friendliness by introducing himself/herself. They provided personalized care and expertise by gently taking care of any matted hair and calmly attending to any anxiety my Boo Boos expressed. Joseph, Jong, and Kathy Edge were all excellent communicators and skilled groomers. All of them concisely answered my questions. Joseph was jovial and patient as he informed me about my grooming style options. Kathy Edge was sweet and went the extra mile by giving us a custom dog treat gift bag. Jong was accommodating and helpful as she took additional time to give us an outdoor photo op Lol! The environment was stress free and joyful. I received a Spa Day Report from each groomer outlining the services provided, recommended follow up, and a care note. The front desk personnel kept us informed and had a great personality. The owner was present and also very inviting. I received a follow up call to ensure the services were satisfactory: They were. Thank you Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming. I highly recommend. They provide personalized care, high end retail, and custom baked treats!

Kathy did a fantastic job on my unique breed dog. She is open to suggestions and also photos to create a desired cut!

They always do a good job with grooming. Just had my youngest golden done today and he looks like a show dog!

My groomers name is Kathy Edge. She is extremely courteous, Professional and Knowledgeable. She is so good with our dog Rylee. Rylee always looks so beautiful when Kathy gets done grooming her. I would highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Suwanee and Kathy Edge the groomer.

I have a pit/hound mix, and he is EXTREMELY anxious with any sort of grooming. The professionals at woof gang calmed him, and finished in a timely manner. They did an amazing job. I’ve been going here for a year now, and I continue to be impressed with every visit.
